Come and discover the JAGAANA - Vitalising Connected Breath group session 

Let’s breath together in a connected way.
You will be lying comfortably and do this connected breathing in order to increase your vitality.
Jagaana breathwork will allow you to balance your emotions and your energy by bringing more oxygen to your brain, opening to experience a state of well-being on all levels (bodily, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).
Each session will begin with a series of explanations which will be followed by a Jagaana Breathing session. 

This session will be facilitated by Geoffrey François - Inner Azure, Jagaana therapist and Mind-body therapist.

ACTIVE MEDITATIONS

Active meditations can offer you powerful body, mind & soul work.

Breathing, moving, expressing, dancing. At times with tonus, at times softly, anyway with catharsis. These practices aim to move through your emotions, to stop the chattering of the mind and they may help you to easily enter into your ecstatic space.

There are many Active meditations, mostly from Osho, and we are diving into a new one each month. So very welcome, let’s awaken step by step the energy within you and within the group !

As a body-psychotherapist, I give individual sessions using the method of Jagaana, conscious breathing and also I offer workshops of Active meditations in which breathing, dance and movement are very present. I love to hold space and propose a safe frame, in which you can feel free to express what ever appears in the moment, and you can truly be yourself.
