Eva LaRuna brings a shamanic sound journey into your deeper being. 

Shamanic because it is my intention to awaken magic in everyday life and connect to the spirit of all that is around and inside of ourselves. You are invited to journey with a personal intention.

Sound because sound touches everything, everything is vibration. Through vibration we become aware of the silence in which we vibrate or move. From the silence the space opens for our true sound, our true vibration, to unfold.

Journey because we can move with the waves of sound to find places in ourselves that have been well hidden or pushed aside. Without expectations, connecting to the moment and remembering the Voices of our heart, our soul, our wisdom that will show us the way. 


On the safe space of your mat, you will have the freedom to follow your body movements to be able to journey deeper. 
In some moments you will be invited to sing together.
