TANTRA WEEKENDS


Together with 3 other wonderful facilitators, I am offering you with a heart full of joy, a track of 3 tantra weekends: 
​Ô-Tantra.

For us, tantra is a journey of self-discovery, a space for healing and a path towards awakening consciousness. It is also an invitation to move towards a more conscious and sacred relationship with sexuality.

We explore what happens when we awaken our life force, loosen some of the conditioning we have gathered along the way, and allow ourselves to inhabit our bodies more fully. When we give our emotions room to move, deepen our presence and become curious about what is happening within us and between us.

​These simple yet profound explorations can transform the way we relate to ourselves, to others and to the more subtle dimensions of life.

Slow down. Energise. Feel. Observe what is held and what is flowing,  within us and between us.

Three times between December 2026 and May 2027, we create a space where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and connect more intimately with yourself, your body, your sensations and your awareness of being in the world.

We work within the tradition of Liloco. For us, Tantra is an invitation to embrace life fully. Whatever you encounter along the way: pleasure, desire, resistance, anger, silence, vulnerability, excitement,...  can become an invitation to discover more about yourself.

What seems like an obstacle can sometimes become a doorway. What feels alive can show you where you want to go. And throughout this journey, your body is a wonderfully honest guide.
Three modules, three themes

​Each weekend has its own theme and its own dynamic.
You can join a single weekend or take part in the full cycle.
Taking part in several weekends gives you the opportunity to go deeper, to create a stronger personal journey.

Vitality is at the heart of our sexuality. This weekend, we explore our life force: how to awaken it, move it and let it circulate more freely through the body. We explore taking ownership of our movement and our pleasure. When supported by awareness, this energy also becomes a source of our ability to express our desires and honour our boundaries.

An experienced team

The weekends are held by four certified facilitators, with two of us leading each module. Each brings a different background, experience and way of approaching the work, creating a rich and varied journey through the three weekends.

Who are we? You can count on our competence, energy, experience and enthusiasm:

We are also generously supported by Christian Semail, who brings a sensitive and grounded presence, as well as the experience of a deeply engaged personal and spiritual journey.
How do we work?

You don't learn Tantra from a book.
You discover it by stepping into the experience.
Throughout the weekend, we move between active meditations, introspection and bodywork. We dance, move, breathe, explore sensation, share in small groups and come together in a larger circle.

We become curious about the energy moving through us.
There is no need to have the right answer. The invitation is simply to notice.

Every encounter can reveal something new. Sometimes surprising. Sometimes playful. Sometimes tender.

The group is an essential part of the experience. You are not exploring alone. There is space to speak, space to listen and space simply to be witnessed.
And sometimes, in that simple act of being seen and heard, something softens.

What happens when you are touched, moved or gently challenged?
Living together, growing together

For each module, we create a small, temporary community. We eat together, share our days and create an atmosphere in which connection can grow naturally.

You can stay overnight at the venue, and we warmly recommend it. For food, you are invited to bring a meal made with love, to share in potluck style.

There is something special about not having to rush home, switch back into everyday mode and pick up where you left off.

​Instead, you can stay a little longer in the atmosphere of the weekend, let things settle and enjoy the energy of being together.
A multilingual offering

​How many languages does it take to understand a blissful "hmmmmmmm"?
Apparently, just one.

The weekends take place mainly in French. Whenever needed, we provide translation into Dutch or English.

And as the weekend unfolds, you may notice that words become less and less important. Many of our explorations are rooted in movement, sensation and direct experience.

So give yourself permission, every now and then, to leave the words behind.
And discover what it feels like to listen with your whole body.
