I recieved my Yoga Teacher Training in India from Ganga and was truly inspired by his profound knowledge, the simplicity of the yogic way of life and his sense of humour. With his unique and awesome style of Yoga : Yoganga abhyāsa (practice of the seven limbs of Hatha Yoga) he will take you on a journey to your Self. The rajasic practice keeps your body healthy and your mind calm. After the Yoga āsana class (Yoga poses), he will be sharing his wisdom from India through his philosophy teachings based on Patanjali's scriptures. Come and get inspired by his presence. Bring water bottle and comfortable clothes for yoga practice. Yoga mats are available. This class will be held in easy to follow English. |
