Singing mantra's (repetitive short prayer songs) is very healthy in many ways. It strengthens the connection between left and right brain, between the individual and the group and between your small self and your Divine Self. It also helps to release stress, brings you focus and therefor it makes meditating easier. Eva and Alaknanda will both share their favourite mantra's.
